Important Rub Club Details:

• A session can be redeemed for any one (1) of the listed items. If you have two (2) sessions available, then you can get a 30 minute massage and a chiropractic adjustment.
• Monthly auto-debit on the 8th — cancel anytime (no refunds)
• Sessions roll over for one month only if unused
• Must be an existing patient to join
• Maintenance/wellness care only — not for injury cases or insurance billing
• Other services (MLS Laser, DMX, initial exams, etc.) priced separately — call for details
